By default, BKF localises some of the cart and checkout experience to match Australian floristry standards (because we’re based in Australia). We’ve provided the option to change these localisations in case you’re not based in Australia or they don’t suit your business.
Global Fields #
These fields appear in both the billing and delivery addresses.
Billing Fields #
This field applies to the customer’s billing address.
Delivery Fields #
For the business name in a delivery address. The label appears most prominently, and the description is secondary.
For the Delivery Notes field. The label appears most prominently, and the description is secondary.
Additional Fields #
This appears near the card message field. Make sure you include %s exactly, which will be replaced in the frontend with the actual maximum number of characters as entered in your settings.
Customer Experience Flow #
These fields are relevant to the overall customer experience.
Cross-Sell Cart Heading #
On the cart page, if you have any cross-sells configured for any items currently in the cart, the text entered here will be the title of the section where they’re displayed. This is commonly used for chocolates/balloons/etc.
No-Ship Message #
This controls the message shown to a customer at checkout, if the address they have entered does not meet the conditions of any of your delivery methods.
